Task

Your task is to create a combination chart to analyze the trends of Profit and Sales over the years for the Sub-Category "Phones".

  1. Drag the "Profit" and "Sales" fields to the Rows Shelf . Ensure that "Profit" and "Sales" are displayed on separate axes by dragging "Sales" to the far right of the canvas (where the graph is displayed) until you see a "+" icon .

  2. Drag the "Order Date" field to the Columns Shelf .

  3. In the Marks area , separate settings will appear for each field. For "Sales" , select the "Bar" chart type.

  4. Drag the Sub-Category "Phones" to the Filters area to focus only on this category.

  5. Optionally, adjust the transparency and color of the chart for better visualization.
