Finish

At the beginning of the course, we talked about problems in the A/B tests. During the course, we performed 2 tests. The first one was when we wanted to help boulangerie to increase in 'products clicks'. The second one was about helping the site to increase in conversions by updating the button design. In the boulangerie A/B test, we received that the new design of the main page really helps to increase in 'clicks'. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the same result with the second A/B test. We performed 2 tests to receive more accurate results. And these results tell us that the new button isn't really useful. In some minutes you will finish the course!

Let's make some final point:

  • A/B tests are an indispensable tool in the arsenal of a product, it helps to quickly check the correctness of our ideas;
  • Product will not survive without A/B testing. The speed of releases is growing, the competition is increasing, and the team's resources are not unlimited. The time when a product was made 'just like that' is long gone, now the industry works on experiments and quick testing of hypotheses;
  • An A/B test is suitable not only for products, but also for marketers, designers, targetologists, anyone who wants to generate ideas and test their effectiveness;
  • There are no bad A/B tests. If you remember one thought from this article for the rest of your life, then let it be this: any experiment gives us valuable knowledge that we can use in improving the product.

Сongratulations on completing the course!
