This technique is known as chart linking or coordinated interactions. With coordinated charts, actions like hovering, selecting, or zooming on one chart can trigger related effects on others, making it easier to discover relationships in complex data.

One common coordinated interaction is brushing, where selecting a range or group of data points in one chart highlights or filters corresponding data in another. Another is highlighting, which visually emphasizes related categories or values across charts when a user interacts with a single one.
