When you need to solve more complex problems, you often combine several loop concepts. By nesting loops, you can process multi-dimensional data structures like a 2D list. Using break and continue statements inside these loops allows you to control the flow based on specific conditions, such as stopping the search when you find a value or skipping certain elements. These techniques are essential for tasks like searching, filtering, or transforming data in real-world applications.

In this example, a for loop iterates through numbers from 1..10. Inside the loop, two control statements are used: continue and break.

When the value of i becomes 3, the continue statement is triggered. This tells the loop to skip the rest of the current iteration and immediately move to the next one. As a result, the number 3 is not printed.

Later, when i becomes 8, the break statement runs. This statement completely stops the loop, so no further iterations occur. The loop ends immediately, even though the range originally goes up to 10.
