Your contacts are the foundation of your business, and HubSpot makes it easy to add, organize, and manage them. Let's walk through how to create new contacts manually and import them in bulk.
Here's the CSV file we used in the video recording. You can also use it to import training contacts into HubSpot and manage leads.
- Navigate to CRM → Contacts in the main sidebar;
- Click Create Contact in the top-right corner;
- Enter details like name, email, phone number, and company;
- Click Create Contact to save.
- Go to CRM Contacts → Import;
- Choose Start an Import and select File from Computer;
- Upload a CSV file with contact details;
- Map the columns to HubSpot properties (e.g., "Email" → Email Field);
- Click Import to add the contacts to your CRM.
