A/B Test and our Goal

Hello! Today we will start learning the A/B tests!

A/B is one of the critical decisions when implementing something new in the IT sphere.

Imagine you have the online boulangerie. And the main page of the site looks like this:

But the business performs so badly that you decide to implement something new on the site. You ask designers to create new pictures for the site:

Before being ready to implement these new pictures, you have to ask yourself:

'Will these pictures make things better?'

or

'Will these pictures help, or can they also make things worse?'

To answer these questions, we have to perform an A/B test. The first version of the site you have seen is called the control version (A). The updated version is called the test version (B).
