- Click New Board and name it Brand Monitoring;
- Select your preferred social network (like Twitter or Facebook);
- Add the following streams:
- Mentions: to track any brand mentions;
- Keyword search: enter relevant brand or product keywords;
- Competitor activity: track mentions of your competitors.
Step 2: Monitor Brand Mentions and Comments
- Check your streams regularly for any brand mentions or keyword matches;
- Spot potential customer feedback or questions that require a response.
Step 3: Engage with Your Audience
- Click on a mention or comment to view the full message;
- Hit Reply and draft a thoughtful, personalized response;
- Acknowledge positive feedback with a like or emoji reaction;
