Difference between pages and frames
Pages: blank canvases or workspaces where you organize your work; equivalent to a blank sheet in Word or Illustrator;
Frames: act as artboards for placing designs; can be custom-sized or selected from presets. Frames appear as layers in the Layers panel and are used to structure your designs.
Use pages for organization and frames to layout and design specific components or screens.
