Installing and Configuring Plugins

Your new website is installed and structured, it's time to enhance its functionality with a few essential plugins.

For this project, the same plugins introduced earlier in the course will be installed:

SureFeedback: to create a contact form on the Contact page;
Sassy Social Share: to display social sharing buttons on your content.

These plugins were already introduced and explained in previous lessons. If you need a refresher on how to search, install, or activate them, feel free to revisit the plugin section from earlier in the course.

Setting Up the Contact Form

The plugin SureFeedback will be installed and used to create a basic contact form. The form will be embedded on the Contact page using a shortcode, following the same approach demonstrated earlier.

Enabling Social Sharing

The plugin Sassy Social Share will be installed and configured to display sharing buttons across the site. The layout and icon styles can be customized, and sharing functionality can be disabled on specific pages—such as the Contact page—where it is not required.
