In this chapter we'll look at how you can add text and use graphic templates.

Adding Text

  • Select the type tool from the toolbar and click on the preview panel to create a text box;
  • Type your text and adjust its parameters in the effect controls or properties panel;
  • Change the font, size, alignment, and style as needed;
  • Modify text appearance using color, background, stroke, or shadow options;
  • Position text using the selection tool by dragging it within the preview panel;
  • Adjust duration on the timeline to control when the text appears and disappears.
Customizing Text

Using Graphic Templates

  • Templates can be stretched on the timeline for longer animations.
Importing Custom Templates

  • Download .mogrt files from external sources or create your own in After Effects;
  • Add a dedicated folder for templates and import it into Premiere Pro;
  • Access imported templates in the graphics templates panel;
  • Drag custom templates onto the timeline and modify text or animations;
  • Ensure templates are stored in an organized folder for easy access.
Final Adjustments
