Note
Definition

MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product. The smallest version of your app that actually works and does the one thing it's supposed to do.

Imagine you want to open a restaurant. You could spend two years planning the perfect location, hiring staff, and designing the interior before serving a single customer. Or you could set up a food stall this weekend, cook your best dish, and find out if people actually want to eat it.

The food stall is your MVP. It's not the full vision. But it's real, it works, and it tells you something valuable straight away.

Real example

Airbnb didn't launch a global platform on day one. The founders put up a simple webpage offering air mattresses in their apartment. That was their MVP. It proved the idea, and they built from there.

Why starting small wins

Big plans feel exciting but they almost never get finished. The more features you add before building anything, the heavier it gets and the easier it becomes to never ship.

Shipping means putting your app live on the internet where real people can use it. That's the goal. Not a perfect plan. A real thing that works.

For the AI Idea Validator it's simple. Someone types in an idea, they get useful feedback, it works. That's it. Everything else comes later.
