You built something real. You planned it, generated it, styled it, added AI, fixed errors, and shipped it to the web. That is not a small thing.
The most important thing you learned
It is not a specific feature or a command. It is how to learn with Claude Code. Every time you hit something unfamiliar, you now know you can ask. Every time you want to add something new, you know the loop. Plan it, build it, test it, push it. That process works for any project you build from here on out.
Claude Code is not just a coding tool. It is also a teacher. Ask it to explain anything it creates and it will. Ask it to simplify an explanation and it will do that too.
A quick recap of what you built
- Wrote a project brief: gave Claude Code a clear foundation to build from
- Used plan mode: caught problems before they became code
- Built the core features: focused on Must Haves only
- Added AI: made the app actually do something valuable
- Fixed errors: proved that broken things are fixable
- Styled the app: made it something worth sharing
- Deployed to the web: turned a local project into a real product
The theme from the start
Ship fast. Get it out. Build from there. A product that is live and imperfect will always beat a product that is perfect and never shipped.
You shipped. That puts you ahead of most people who start building something and never finish. Keep going.
