Python for Data Science: Image Handling

Save ImagesSave Images

In OpenCV, the cv2.imwrite() function is used to save an image to a specified file. The function takes in two required parameters: the file path and the image to be saved. The image can be passed in as a NumPy array or a cv2 object. The function returns a Boolean value indicating whether the save was successful.

Task

  1. Save the output image as "output.jpg" via the imwrite function.
