Where And How You’d Work Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. What You’d Do In This Role The Analytics Engineer produces consumable data products, including analytical data models and curated tables, metrics, and visualizations that enable others to explore trends, ask questions, and apply data in decision\-making. The Analytics Engineer focuses on enabling reasoning by others through well\-designed warehouse models and clear visual representations of data.
You’re Probably a Match If
- You have 2\+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, or another similar role.
- You have the ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders
- You are proficient in SQL and scripting languages (for example: Python and R)
- You have experience with several of the following:
- Data pipelining and ETL/ELT processes
- Data modeling and dimensional modeling
- Data visualization (e.g. Streamlit, Plotly, Shiny)
What Winning Looks Like
- Build and maintain data warehouses and data marts, ensuring high standards of data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the platform.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using modern tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Apache Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, AWS Redshift), including monitoring for performance and data integrity.
- Establish and enforce robust data quality checks and monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve data issues.
- Develop and maintain source\-of\-truth reports and dashboards for key business metrics, ensuring consistency across all reporting channels.
- Build deep expertise in key datasets and data models to support reliable, well\-informed analytics.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data products.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to analytics customers and stakeholders on data\-related strategy and best practices.
